On 24 September 2011 Malaca Instituto celebrates 40 years of teaching Spanish in Spain. Between 200 and 250 agents, local dignitaries, staff and friends are expected to join the celebrations which will take place on the Malaca Instituto-Club Hispanico campus in Cerrado de Calderon.
Every year Malaca Instituto welcomes company executives, retirees, college and university students to learn and improve their knowledge of Spanish. Many return year on year to continue their studies and to enjoy Malaga’s bars, restaurants, museums, theatres, culture and weather.
Over the years the Spanish language school has gained recognition and awards from the study abroad industry:
•Membership of the IALC and EAQUALS organisations
•Accreditation by the Instituto Cervantes and the University of Alcala
•Winners of the LTM Star Award for School of Spanish Worldwide in 2007, 2009 and 2010
Founded in 1971, Malaca Instituto has grown to become a leading school of Spanish in Spain, occupying a substantial campus in Cerrado de Calderon.
