GLS have recently installed an student feedback form directly on their website.
"We decided to host it on our website, as there is no Tripadvisor or Qype for language schools," says Dorothee Robrecht, Marketing Director for the school.
Students’ comments are not edited, the only exception being if a teacher is rated in a way that is personally insulting. Comments can be sorted depending on the student’s age, nationality or accommodation type. Comments can also be sorted by ranking ("best first" or “worst first”). "The presence of some bad ratings hopefully make clear, that the feedback is genuine" further explains Dorothee.
