Expanish Buenos Aires offers a broad range of Spanish language programmes suitable for learners of all ages and goals. Core programmes include:

Intensive 20 (20 group lessons per week)

Intensive Explore (24 lessons/week)

Intensive Plus (30 lessons/week)

The 24- and 30-lesson options include immersive modules like Spanish in Action and Spanish in the City, combining language instruction with real-world, cultural experiences around Buenos Aires.

Evening Group Course

For students with daytime commitments, the Evening Group Course offers flexibility.

Combined Courses

Add 4 or 10 private lessons per week to group classes for more personalized learning.

Spanish & Tango Programme

This culturally rich option blends language study with private and group tango dance classes, allowing students to connect with local traditions while practicing Spanish in a fun and engaging setting.

All programmes begin every Monday, run year-round, and include orientation, a welcome pack, weekly cultural activities, and a certificate upon completion. Students receive full academic support from native-speaking teachers and coordinators, including progress check-ins and access to additional tutoring. Course materials and weekly feedback help learners stay on track and motivated throughout their studies.

Expanish Buenos Aires offers three curated accommodation options to suit different lifestyles and preferences.
Homestay
Our homestay (no meals) option allows students to live with a local family and fully immerse themselves in Argentine culture. Students stay in private rooms and share common spaces, with an option for private bathrooms.
Shared Apartment/Studio
Students looking for more independence can choose a shared apartment with a local host, offering a private room in a Spanish-speaking household. This option combines cultural connection with greater autonomy.
Residence
For full privacy and comfort, we also offer private apartments, ideal for individuals or couples. All accommodations are in safe neighborhoods with easy access to public transport and located 20–35 minutes from the school.

Great school. Located in Palermo (a safe neighborhood, even at night for alone women). There are many shops and restaurants close by that open until about 10:30 pm. The school has a lot of space and you can go there outside of class hours too. I went one day because I needed to work from there (remote office).

I had 3 very nice weeks at Expanish. Intensive Spanish lessons in small classes. Friendly teachers and staff in a pleasant environment where I felt at home immediately.

I had a great experience starting my Spanish learning journey here! I was here for two weeks. I really liked my instructor (Dolores), and my time here helped me form a strong foundation upon which I’ve been building as I continue my travels in South America. The school building itself is also quite nice, and everything ran smoothly administratively in my experience.

My time at Expanish was GREAT! It’s a small school so the staff know who you are and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. The intake process was smooth and I loved my teacher—I was only there for one week but I still made progress with my Spanish. And I made friends with my classmates! 10/10 would love to go back again!

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed our spanish courses at Expanish Buenos Aires. The environment is lovely, warm and inviting. In addition to the classes, the school offers lots of free activities for students to participate in (tours, cooking classes, dance classes, intercambios, etc). My husband and I are in our 60’s and have had a great time learning and participating in the school activities. I highly recommend Expanish for people of all ages. It has been a fantastic experience!
