Programmes Offered

At Celtic English Academy, our Junior Summer Programme offers more than just English language lessons—it’s a well-rounded educational experience designed to inspire young learners both academically and personally. Students receive 15 hours of General English per week, taught in small classes by qualified teachers.

Our curriculum is interactive and project-based, with weekly topics inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These include global issues such as climate action, equality, responsible consumption, and health and well-being—helping students not only improve their English but also become more informed, globally minded citizens.

Each week also features a special Welsh cultural theme, giving students the chance to explore local heritage and traditions. From learning about Welsh myths and legends to trying traditional music, dance, or cuisine, these cultural elements are woven into both lessons and activities. It’s a fun and meaningful way for students to connect with their host country.

Alongside language learning, students take part in creative workshops, team challenges, and excursions—all linked to the weekly theme. This engaging, integrated approach helps students build language skills, confidence, and a greater understanding of the world around them.
