We own all of our residential buildings in the wonderful setting of north Oxford. Adults can choose the accommodation they prefer with a variety of options available. Our welcoming host families live a maximum of 20 minutes from the college by bus, and enable you to live with native English speakers. Our residential accommodation is close to shops, banks, and restaurants, and houses a broad range of nationalities. We mix students on our Teenager and Junior courses to encourage you to make new friends and speak English.
Oxford is a world famous academic city and it has many magnificent college and residential buildings. There are a number of enchanting museums, large green parks and has a rich cultural life.
It is located just 1 hour from London and is really close to many other interesting places such as Stratford-Upon-Avon, Stonehenge, Winston Churchill’s birthplace, Blenheim palace and many more. It is a mix of ancient and modern, with excellent cinemas, theatres, restaurants, sports centres and shops, including the brand new Westgate centre.
This small, safe cosmopolitan city is home to many famous British authors such as Philip Pullman, and includes some of the world’s most iconic architecture – Christchurch college is particularly famous thanks to the Harry Potter films. Oxford is simply a great place to live, learn and discover!

What we provide the student with depends on what they want and need, as established by a detailed needs analysis of each and every student at the start of the course.
Our classes are interactive and communicative by nature. Annual and weekly themes provide the course with a coherent structure, and our afternoon project classes often include a study visit or excursion to explore Oxford’s colleges, museums and galleries, interact with real British people, or organise a performance or product to present to an audience. In this way, therefore, our students find that their real-life skills are being improved at the same time as their English.
