Programmes Offered

CES Toronto offers a range of junior and young adult summer programmes designed to combine high-quality English language learning with cultural immersion and personal development. Students attend 20 English lessons per week in international classes, with a strong focus on speaking, communication, and confidence building. The Teen Activity Programme blends classroom learning with a full social programme, including daily activities and weekend excursions to iconic attractions such as Niagara Falls, Toronto Island, and cultural landmarks.

CES Toronto offers both homestay and residence accommodation to suit different student preferences. Homestay accommodation provides full language immersion with carefully selected and inspected local families. Students stay in single or shared rooms and receive breakfast, packed lunch, and dinner daily. Travel time is approximately 60 minutes by public transport, and curfews are clearly defined according to age.

Residence accommodation is available at Chestnut Residence, offering single and shared rooms with shared bathrooms. Full board is provided in the residence canteen, and facilities include Wi-Fi, common areas, and laundry services. The residence is approximately 15 minutes from the University of Toronto campus by public transport.

St. George Campus, the base for the CES summer programme, is part of the University of Toronto. Surrounded by the historic character buildings of the University, St. George campus is located on the leafy U of T grounds, a short walk from Queen’s Park. Teaching areas are set in part of Canada’s
largest university specializing in the fields of music, law, education, engineering, medicine, political science, and literature.

Students enjoy easy access to shops, cafés, museums, and major attractions such as the CN Tower and Toronto Harbour.

Excellent public transport makes the city easy to navigate, while the lively atmosphere offers endless opportunities for social interaction and cultural discovery. Toronto’s welcoming environment makes it an ideal destination for young international students.
