Boutique English language school located in a charming Georgian building, which is over 200 years old. We are situated in the ‘Victorian Quarter’, a vibrant area in Cork city renowned for its beautifully preserved architecture, picturesque streets, thriving cultural and arts scene, and eclectic mix of cafes, pubs and restaurants. All of the main touristic and shopping attractions are within easy walking distance. Our elegant school contains 11 classrooms spread over three floors, a student kitchen and beautiful private garden. We are a small and close-knit team of teachers and administration staff, who are committed to ensuring each student receives individual care and attention, and that they enjoy the very best Cork has to offer. We have an incredibly diverse nationality mix of students, who feel part of a community here and regularly participate in social activities together

Programmes Offered
We offer a wide range of courses and programmes including General English, Business English, Cambridge Examination Preparation, Executive English for Professionals, Teacher Training courses, English for Special Purposes, 1-1 courses, as well as student groups and an academic year programme. We are the authorised Cambridge Assessment English examinations centre in Cork.
We also offer family programmes and junior courses for the summer. These programmes allow all members of a family to discover Ireland on a family holiday. Adult family members attend our Adult Centre, ages 7-17 years attend our Junior Centre, while younger members of the family attend an activity camp with Irish children or a crèche.

Homestay
We give our homestay hosts strict guidelines to follow and we have a “Homestay Handbook” to guide hosts and make sure cultural differences are understood. Clients fill an evaluation questionnaire on the Thursday of their first week to allow us to check the welfare of each client. If a problem necessitates a change of homestay, the client is changed within 24 hours. Clients also fill a monthly and an end of course evaluation questionnaire which allows for continual monitoring of homes.
Residence
These apartments (30 minutes’ walk or 10 minutes by bus). Clients have a single room in an apartment they share with other clients. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a television. Bed linen is supplied.

Cambridge Assessment English
We are an authorised open testing centre for the Cambridge suite of examinations, including: Key (KET), Cambridge English: Preliminary (PET), Cambridge English: First (FCE), Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE), Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE). We run three long-term KET, PET, FCE, CAE, & CPE examination preparation courses, and several acclerated preparation courses.
LanguageCert
We are a LanguageCert approved test centre. We offer to students of all ages the opportunity to acquire the in-ternationally recognised qualifications, LanguageCert International ESOL.
EDUCATIONAL TESTING SERVICE
We are a TOEIC testing centre in Ireland authorised to hold the Listening & Reading examinations.
