Wimbledon School of English is pleased to announce a new strategic collaboration with NILE (Norwich Institute for Language Education), formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The agreement marks the beginning of a partnership focused on joint projects, shared programmes, and collaborative promotions designed to benefit the global English Language Teaching (ELT) sector.
Mike Riley, Deputy Director of NILE, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have established a partnership with Wimbledon School of English, one of the UK’s leading English language schools. We see real potential in working together and are excited about what this collaboration can bring to the wider ELT community.”
Fiona Dunlop, Principal of WSE, added: “We have known NILE for many years and have long admired the organisation and its expertise in teacher education. We are very excited to be working more closely with such a respected provider, and we believe that our combined experience will open up many exciting new possibilities.”
Wimbledon School of English was established in 1964 and is named as the (joint) number one English language centre in the UK (EL Gazette rankings based on British Council inspection results). WSE and its juniors division, English Study Camps, provide a wide range of English language training programmes to adults and children from around the world.
IALC congratulates Wimbledon School of English on this partnership, which demonstrates a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and professional development across the global ELT community.
