Programmes Offered
ActiLingua Academy offers a wide range of German language programmes for adults, teenagers, and school groups – all year round. Our most popular options include the Standard Course (20+5 lessons/week) and Intensive Course (30+5 lessons/week), ideal for improving general language skills in small international groups. For those seeking faster progress, our Super-Intensive Course adds individual tuition tailored to your goals.
During summer, we run two specialised programmes: a Holiday Course for teens aged 16–19 and a Summer Camp for 12–17-year-olds, including full board, accommodation, and a cultural activity programme.
Private and mini-group courses are also available for learners with specific goals or limited time.
All programmes are taught by native speakers and follow the Common European Framework (A1–C2). Whether you’re a beginner or advanced learner, we help you achieve fluency while experiencing Austrian culture in the heart of Vienna.

For long-term stays of four weeks or more, HANS-Y serviced apartments are an exclusive option. These modern units feature a rooftop pool, gym, and fully furnished interiors. Located just 17 minutes on foot from the school, they’re ideal for students seeking a premium, independent living experience.
ActiLingua Apartments and the student Penthouse are bright, stylish options shared with fellow students. They include shared kitchens and living spaces, making them great for socializing while enjoying privacy in single or deluxe rooms.
For those who prefer hotel-style comfort, the B&B Hotel and The Social Hub offer private rooms or studios with modern facilities. Both are well-connected to the school and the city center, and available with breakfast or self-catering options.

Exams
ActiLingua Academy prepares students for internationally recognized German exams, particularly the ÖSD (Austrian German Language Diploma). Exams are available at levels A1 to C2 and are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
To support your success, ActiLingua offers optional ÖSD exam preparation courses. These include 6 group lessons or 4 private lessons focused on exam strategies and practice tests. Exam fees apply separately and vary by level. All students take a written and oral placement test before the course to ensure they are placed in the right level. Support continues throughout your stay, with qualified teachers and access to learning materials and online tools.
Students who attend regularly receive an ActiLingua Certificate, documenting course type, duration, level, and objectives—useful for school, university, or job applications.
