Our beautiful school building is located just one and a half blocks away from the beach and half a block away from Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th avenue. The school has 10 spacious classrooms, all with air conditioning to ensure that you are comfortable and can concentrate on your classes.
We also have a beautiful garden where you can have lunch or relax while you check your email. Wifi is, of course, included. If you need to print your flight tickets, feel free to use our computer area. Our staff are friendly and always happy to help.

Programmes Offered
We have an intensive group Spanish course, with a maximum of 8 students per classroom and who are integrated according to the level of Spanish they have.
Classes are from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 1:30 with a 20-minute break from 11:40 to 12:00.
Every day of the week we have social activities after class, such as: cooking classes, dance classes, cocktail night, city tour, tasting of Mexican sweets, visiting museums, etc…
In addition to this, students can also take private classes in: Dance, cooking, travel course, culture and history of Mexico, DELE exam preparation or a private online or in-person class to reinforce any topic they need.

Residence
Our beautiful residence is located in the center of Playa del Carmen, in a very quiet street, beside the town’s main church and just two blocks away (or a 5-minute walk) from the school. All 22 bedrooms have twin beds and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Bedrooms also have a desk, a TV, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, as well as a small fridge. You can choose bed and breakfast or half board (which includes an evening meal). Note that all meals are served in the residence itself. If you prefer, you can have the “no meals” option, in which case you can use the fully-equipped kitchen in the residence to prepare your own meals.

Playa del Carmen is located on the eastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula on the Caribbean seashore. Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya coastal area, Playa del Carmen is almost exactly in the middle between the cities of Cancun and Tulum, just about 35 miles from each.
Playa del Carmen is also the jumping off point for Cozumel island, with ferries departing every hour.
Exams
The student can apply for DELE exam, which is accredited by Instituto Cervantes, this is totally optional for them.
