Agent Participation Fees
Hosted Agents
The participation fee for 1st delegate hosted agents is generously subsidised by IALC member schools.

This fee includes three nights’ accommodation, an Industry Insights Afternoon, two full days of workshop meetings, and three evening events. All meals and any necessary transport to venues are provided. Please note that travel to and from Salerno is not included.
Agent Additional Delegate
The cost of an Additional Agent Delegate is €700. This price does NOT include accommodation unless the agent shares the room provided for the 1st delegate. An Additional Delegate can book accommodation with IALC at the event hotel at the IALC rate or they are welcome to book their own accommodation independently.
All additional working delegates will share a Marcom schedule unless purchased separately (€100).
Agent Companion:
You may bring a Companion with you. Companions cannot attend the workshop or seminars but can attend evening events and Companion Tours at an additional cost. Evening events include: The Welcome Reception, the School Party and the Gala dinner.

Agency Admission Process and Code of Conduct
All participating agents are expected to adhere to the IALC Agents’ Code of Conduct and commit to a minimum of 25 scheduled appointments with IALC schools, ensuring a professional, ethical, and productive event experience.
To register, simply complete the online registration form, submit your agency credentials, and await confirmation from IALC. Once approved, you’ll receive your participation package with all the details you need.

Tropea – Taormina
FAM TRIP FULL
Fam Trip 3 invites participants on a stunning coastal journey from Tropea to Taormina, showcasing southern Italy’s rich beauty, culture, and hospitality. Hosted by Piccola Universita Italiana Tropea and Babilonia Italian Language School, the trip includes a scenic sailing excursion, guided walking tours, a visit to an ancient Greek-Roman theatre, and immersive wine and culinary experiences accompanied by live music.

Bologna – Trieste
Celebrate Italian language, culture, and cuisine with Fam Trip 4 in Bologna and Trieste. While visiting IALC Schools, ALCE and Piccola Universita Italiana Trieste participants will take part in a cooking class, wine tasting and guided tours showcasing Italy’s charm and traditions.
