However, those from countries that don’t have visa-waiver agreements with the EU, like some in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, India, and Russia, will need a Schengen visa for stays up to 90 days.

If you require a visa, you may request an official invitation letter after completing your workshop registration.

Yes, if you are not an IALC Elite Agent, then there is a small cost to attend an IALC Workshop as a main delegate. Additional delegates pay the cost price of their attendence. Visit the Agent’s page to find out more.

We aim to give you an answer within 2 weeks. Please do not book any flights until you’ve received confirmation that your application has been approved.

On the agent registration page you can select to register Agent Additional Delegate. You can find the costs here.

Agents will be required to attend a minimum of 20 meetings.

In response to feedback from previous Workshops we are trying to reduce our printed materials output and so there will not be any facilities to print your schedule. Your Marcom schedule will be available to you before and during the event so please have this to hand for reference on your laptop or mobile device.

It may be possible to extend your stay by up to 3 nights either side of the workshop. We can request and book extra nights for you at your request. Extra nights are payable to IALC at the IALC rate. Please do not book your flights until we have the hotel’s confirmation of the availability of your request.

You will not be able to bring children into the workshop or events. However, if you have a companion who will be responsible for them while you are at the workshop then they can share your hotel room, subject to capacity. Please contact the IALC staff at [email protected] if you need a family room or any special requirements.
