IALC launches agent forum

1 五月 2006

IALC is inviting open feedback on its member schools in a new, ground-breaking agent forum. From April 2006, study abroad agencies can comment on IALC language schools in a web forum that can also be read by the public. The new Agent Forum invites general feedback on IALC schools, both individually and as a group. While only bona fide language travel agents may post messages, members of the public will be able to follow their discussion.

"As IALC members, our language schools are quality assured and governed by code of ethics,” says Walter Denz, IALC vice president of promotions and managing director of the Liden and Denz Language Centres in Russia. “We want to know from agents how well we are doing, what we do well and what we could do better.” The open forum does not replace the IALC Complaints Policy, which may be called into force by a customer or agent who has a specific complaint about an IALC language school.

The IALC language schools will also have access to the forum, where their role will primarily be to listen and learn, though they will respond where appropriate.
