IALC language school Emerald Cultural Institute on the move to Dublin city centre

IALC accredited English language school Emerald Cultural Institute has announced the opening of a school in Dublin city centre.

The Merrion Square school will open in October 2018 and the Emerald staff and teachers are looking forward to welcoming students from all over the world to join one of their wide range of innovative programmes in this exciting new location.

Situated in two elegant adjacent buildings in the impressive Merrion Square, the new centre, together with their headquarters in Palmerston Park, will enrich the Emerald portfolio of schools and services, offering students an excellent choice between two locations with unique and very different characteristics. We will be moving from our Milltown Park school to this new location in October 2018.

Merrion Square is home to some of Ireland’s best Georgian architecture, surrounded on three sides by impressive Georgian townhouses with the fourth side containing Government Buildings, the Natural History Museum and the National Gallery of Ireland.

Just a short walk away is the pedestrianised shopping district of Grafton Street, and all that Dublin city centre has to offer. Incorporating modern facilities within the magnificent classical architecture of the Georgian period, our new school offers the advantages of a city-centre location within a unique setting overlooking the beautiful gardens of Merrion Square.

Mauro Biondi, Managing Director of the Emerald Cultural Institute says. “We are very excited about this move. We have put a lot of time and energy into finding the perfect place for our new home and feel that with the Merrion school we can now provide our partners and students with two fantastic location options – or a combination of both for long-term students. Each centre has its own unique characteristics and our wide portfolio of services and programmes will be delivered in both."

The team at IALC would like to wish Emerald Cultural Institute the best of luck in this exciting move and look forward to hearing about the fantastic student experiences at the school.
