Learn English and surf in Byron Bay

Byron Bay English Language School (BBELS) has launched a new IALC Surf and City programme, which will enable students to combine an English course at BBELS in Byron Bay with another English course at an Australian IALC school of their choice.

The scheme gives overseas students more flexibility to combine travel plans with English classes.

"The Surf and City programme is the right choice for those who cannot decide whether they want to do their English course in a big Australian city or in a small and relaxed surfing town" explains Sonia Margagliotta from the school.

"Students can come to Byron Bay to experience the flair of a genuine Australian surf town, but at the same time they won't miss the hustle and bustle of a big city."

The advantages of the programme for students:

- They only pay one enrolment fee and can take classes at a maximum of three different schools

- If they enrol at two schools for at least 8 weeks each they get a free transfer between the two schools

- One free surf or skate lesson in Byron Bay
