Liden & Denz Russian language school has moved to new premises in St. Petersburg. The new language centre is located off Nevsky Prospekt, between the Russian Museum, the Mikahilovsky Zamok (built by Pavel I, son of Catherine the Great), the circus and near two picturesque parks. The area offers some of the finest examples of St. Petersburg architecture and is close to the Fontanka and Neva rivers. The closest metro station (Nevsky Prospekt/Gostiny Dvor) is a five-minute walk away.
Located on the second floor of an historic 19th century building, the new language school features 13 spacious, bright and well-equipped classrooms with wall-mounted TV/DVD sets, all suitable for group or mini-group classes. It has free WiFi, a self-access centre and a small canteen, as well as a booking desk for excursions, theatre tickets and onward travel.
The old Liden & Denz centre on Transportny Pereulok will continue to operate as the Ligovsky branch and will mostly serve as an overflow for one-to-one courses during the busy summer period. Foreign language courses for the local population will be offered in both premises.
Despite this upgrade in facilities, Liden & Denz Russian language course rates remain unchanged for 2010 and 2011.
