Frances King has lowered the minimum age for its popular Family Programme for parents and their children.
The new minimum age for both London and Dublin is now 7 and in London 6 year olds are also accepted in the summer between July 11 and August 5. "Parents want their children to study English from a younger and younger age and the school has responded to the large number of requests it has received," explains Director Garth Younghusband. "Many families return year after year or do a programme in London one year and Dublin the next."
Children study in multi-national groups from 9.00-13.00 and their parents have the option of studying too. Accommodation can be arranged nearby in apartments, studios or hotels. Homestay is also available. There is an activity programme three afternoons a week and in London children have the option of taking a Trinity Spoken English examination. "So far wehave a 100% pass rate," says Younghusband.
