Over 2000 international language school representatives and study abroad agencies have been invited to participate in IALC's first online survey, with the chance to win a free return flight to South Africa. The independent language school association is seeking views on its services and activities as well as current language and destination trends. “The results of the survey will help us to identify where to recruit new member schools and how we can improve our service to our partner agencies,” says David Diplock, IALC president.
IALC has conducted smaller surveys in the past, using the results to make changes to its quality assurance scheme, membership policy and marketing activities. But the 2006 survey is the association's most ambitious attempt yet to find out what the language travel market wants in the early 21st century.
Agents who want to complete the survey and enter the prize draw for a return flight to Cape Town for the 2007 IALC workshop should contact the IALC Secretariat.
