Quality Language Schools Worldwide

Dominion English Schools in New Zealand have developed a special course for the mothers of children attending Dominion's Teenage School in July and August. A group of mothers from Hong Kong are learning to cook New Zealand food, while their teenagers learn English and experience Maori concerts, rollerblading, ice skating and other social activities. Delicacies on the cookery course menu include Dominion pudding, sandwiches, mussel chowder, mussel fritters, pikelets and pavlova. Each mother receives a copy of the New Zealand household staple 'Edmonds Cookery Book.'
