In April 2008 an "a la carte" French language and cuisine course was launched by France Langue, the French language school in the heart of Paris. On three evenings a week, language students studying French at France Langue during the day learn the secrets of traditional French home cooking from a professional chef in her Parisian apartment, preparing classic dishes such as Boeuf Bourguignon, Tarte Tatin and a selection of delicious French pastries. The students spend about one hour preparing the evening's recipe in chef Myriam's well-equipped Parisian kitchen, before enjoying the fruits of their efforts in her lovely dining room.
