Quality Language Schools Worldwide

The BELS English language school on Gozo has become the first and currently the only English school in Malta and Gozo to be awarded a Certificate of Accreditation by the Federation of English Language Teaching Organisations - Malta (FELTOM). The award was presented to Donald Brincat, School Director, at FELTOM's XVII Annual General Meeting in January 2007.

The FELTOM accreditation scheme was approved during FELTOM's XVI Annual General Meeting in 2006. Since then, BELS has been rigorously inspected by an independent Accreditation Council and granted accreditation. The FELTOM accreditation scheme aims to improve the standards of member organizations. It scrutinizes three principal areas: premises and environment, including health & safety provisions, teaching and learning methodologies and promotional materials.

The BELS English school, a family business run by father-and-daughter team Donald and Rebecca Brincat, has satisfied all the required criteria of the scheme. A delighted Rebecca says: “As a result of this, we have another feather in our cap during our 10th year of operation.”
