The favourable winter climate in southern Spain is attracting an increasing number of northern Europeans to Valencia for a language course combined with a golfing break, reports IALC Spanish language school CILCE. If demand grows, CILCE plans to develop a special Spanish + golf programme. In the meantime, the school will help individuals and groups to book golf packages during or after Spanish their language course.
“We can see a certain amount of potential, so we are publishing it in our brochures in a very open way. This way we can tailor the course to people's requirements,” says director Inmaculada Paya. “CILCE simply makes all the bookings for the golf course and lessons and introduces the clients to the golf course managers. CILCE only charges for the Spanish course. We will continue this way for the next year and according to the result, we will see how we will present it in the 2007 course brochure.”
