France Langue celebrates <em>"Francofffonies"</em> festival in France

31 May 2006

Quality Language Schools Worldwide

The Dominion English Schools in New Zealand have been acquired by Tokiwa Holdings, owners of the Sydney College of English and Access Language Centre in Sydney, Australia. The New Zealand language schools will continue to trade as DOMINION ENGLISH SCHOOLS and the current management will remain the same. All four schools are currently IALC members and will remain so. Under the IALC Quality Assurance Scheme, Dominion Auckland and Dominion Christchurch will be re-inspected within 12 months of the change of ownership.

From June 2006, Margaret Jillings (pictured) becomes Principal of Dominion Christchurch. Margaret has been with the school since it opened in 1991. She replaces Joanna Wright, who is moving to Australia after 14 years with Dominion Christchurch.

“With these changes we will be able to build on our strengths and create exciting new ventures for the future,” said John Langdon, managing director of Dominion English Schools.
