Quality Language Schools Worldwide

The Dominion English Schools in New Zealand have won a 2004 International Education Excellence Award for Marketing Diversification.

John Langdon, managing director of Dominion English Schools, was presented with the award by the Hon. Steve Maharey, Minister for Tertiary Education, at the August Education New Zealand Conference.

Dominion was commended for its marketing, which includes annual student reunions for former students in Japan, Korea and Switzerland, imaginative gifts promoting New Zealand as a destination and the variety of courses offered. These include a new language course programme in 2005 - NEW LIFE COURSES - for people tired with their career direction who want to take a year off to discover themselves and a possible new career in horticulture or wine making, run in association with a government tertiary institute in Gisborne.
