Bookings for GLS Summer Camps in Germany Rise 23% as Past Students Re-book

Bookings for the nine junior summer camps operated by GLS in Berlin and Munich have risen 23% in 2011 compared to 2010. “This growth rate is due in part to the rising number of second or third time bookers,” explains GLS managing director Barbara Jaeschke. Around 30% of students taking a junior program with GLS in 2011 have attended one of the summer camps before.

All the camps are filling up rapidly, but places are still available. At some camps, availability is limited to certain dates only, but two camps – Berlin Young & Fun (ages 8 to 15) and Berlin College (ages 16 – 20) – can still take students any week during their operating time.
