歷史｜IALC

IALC 背後的推動人Alberto Sampere (1929-2005)，他是教學西班牙語為第二語言的教授，也是馬德里 Estudio Sampere 的所有者，至今仍是會員。 1983 年，他與其他語言學校主任一起創立了 IALC。

創始宗旨
