Atlas Language School Malta is located in Pembroke, only 15-minutes walking distance from popular St Julian’s, a picturesque seaside town on the east coast of Malta, with stunning views onto the mediterranean sea. Our purpose-built school has 10 large, bright classrooms, a fully fitted café, study room and stunning sea views! Our most popular courses are our General English Fluency courses, which are designed to give students the language skills to live, work, study and travel in English-speaking environments. Whether students want to join us for a short-term summer course or stay for 6 months, these courses are the perfect option to learn English while enjoying all the delights that Malta has to offer. We also offer study – work placement (work & learn) programmes, exam preparation courses for a selection of examinations such as the IELTS exam, as well as a suite of engaging and impactful Erasmus+ teacher development courses for primary and secondary school teachers, and for academics and professionals working in Higher Education. Apart from that, we offer year-round Mini-Stay Programmes for closed groups, which we design in close consultation with group leaders and agents in order to meet the needs and language requirements of each student. All our teaching is based on a communicative and task-based approach, which means students always focus on effective real-life communication and ways of practising and achieving it.

Student Apartments
We have a number of great superior single and twin room apartment options on the island. These apartments are self-catering within a convenient 15-20 minute walk to the school. They provide fully fitted living spaces that are furnished with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Homestay
Homestay is an excellent way of immersing yourself in Maltese culture. All our host families are interviewed and vetted by our accommodation team and are chosen for their experience and friendliness. Students have the choice of their own room or sharing with a friend.
Atlas Malta is located in Pembroke, a coastal town in the East of Malta. On one side, Pembroke has the Mediterranean Sea (we have beautiful views of the sea from our school!) and on the sides the tourist hub of St. Julian's, Paceville, the nightlife district of Malta, as well as the residential area of Swieqi, where our student apartments and many of our host families are located. There are plenty of beautiful walks to be explored in Pembroke and a beach for a swim is always only minutes away!
We offer exam preparation courses which help students improve their general English language knowledge and skills, while also understanding how each exam is marked and how they can best approach each paper and question type. (*subject to availability)
Atlas Student App
All Atlas students have free access to our Atlas Student Mobile App. The app provides lots of useful information about their stay at Atlas - their course, accommodation, our activity programme and more! Students also have access to all their student documentation through the app and can give feedback.

Access to additional Study Club sessions
As part of their programme, Atlas students have access to a number of additional free study club sessions. These language learning sessions have been designed to help students express themselves and engage with other students in English more confidently.
