Studio Cambridge: Highly Trusted Sponsor for students coming to Britain

We reprint below the message from Studio Cambridge Managing Director, Malcolm Mottram:

“We are delighted to inform you that the UK Visas and Immigration department of the British Home Office has re-instated our licence as a Highly Trusted Sponsor for students coming to Britain under the Tier 4 visa system. With immediate effect, therefore, we are able, once again, to issue student visas.

The letter from the Home office states that our licence had been suspended because we were a test centre for the TOEIC examination and some of these exams had been conducted fraudulently at other schools and colleges. It goes on to say: “We are satisfied that there was no complicit behaviour on the part of Studio Cambridge and we apologise for any inconvenience the action we took may have caused your organisation”.

We are, of course, pleased to be exonerated in this way but disappointed that the Home Office acted so carelessly in the first place.

Malcolm Mottram
