IALC is delighted to announce its latest member: Emerald Cultural Institute. Based in Dublin, Ireland, ECI was established in 1986 and has built a world-wide reputation as a leading language school.
ECI provides English language courses for all ages and quality programmes in a safe and friendly environment. ECI was successfully inspected by IALC and fully meets the association standards.
