CES Oxford fast team wins the IALC trophy

The Oxford Fun Run on 9 May 2015 attracted a high turnout of IALC schools.

Participating in the annual charity event in Oxford were both students and staff from BEET, English in Chester, LSI Portsmouth, St Clare's Oxford, three CES centres and the Wimbledon School of English in London.

Samy Maillard from Switzerland, currently studying English at BEET, won the leading international student trophy at only 16 years old. BEET also won the Hothouse Media Best Team Fancy Dress Trophy.

CES Oxford claimed the IALC Trophy with a very international fast team: Mohammad from Kuwait, Jakob from Germany, Anja from Switzerland and Eduardo from Colombia.

The annual Oxford Fun Run is great day out for English language students, combining fund-raising with sport and friendly rivalry, and a wonderful post-race barbecue.
