Teaching Culture at France Langue

France Langue Bordeaux immersion school is run by a qualified, enthusiast and dedicated team who has years of experiences in French language studies. Students are split in groups of 12 maximum, in our 9 classrooms. The study atmosphere is relaxed, lively and stimulating. 

French Courses at France Langue

Our language school offers a wide variety of courses adapted to everyone needs. From beginner to C1 level, students can choose weekly “general” courses (20 or 26 or 30 lessons per week) or “specific” courses. Students can start every Monday except for some particular courses. 

For those who need to learn a specific subject, Professional French inables them to combine “general” lessons + private lessons on the subject they need.

Our Teacher training course is adapted to the needs of teachers of French as foreign language.

For those who want to experience the French job market, our Work Experience department offers French classes + an internship or a paid job in a French company.

For students who look for intensive courses, we offer DELF/DALF preparation courses: “general” courses + workshops on exam preparation.

The ones who want to study in France can choose our University Pathway program.

Those who wish to embrace the Bordeaux “art de vivre” can take our Lifestyle programs: “general” courses + Culture & Gastronomy or Wine workshops. These programs can be upgraded with private French lessons or workshops. Our school also welcome au pair students and offers TCF exam. 

In addition to these courses, our activity department offers a large variety of cultural and fun social activities: city tours, weekends…! France Langue is also a human adventure!

Our Bordeaux school have its own accommodation department.We offer a large choice of accommodation to satisfy all our students’ needs and requests. Our accommodation department is reactive and available during your immersion program. Its objective number one is our students’ well-being.

Bordeaux is known throughout the world for its unique wines! Médoc, Graves, Sauternais, and more, tickle everyone’s taste buds! The new ‘Cité du vin’ situated in the shores of the Garonne river is an interesting museum about wine culture.

Ideally situated close to the Atlantic Ocean, Bordeaux region attracts many visitors each year, keen on discovering the beautiful Bassin d’Arcachon and the famous beaches such as Biscarosse, Lacanau…

With a lively night life, Bordeaux welcomes over 100,000 students each year, attracted by the quality of higher education and research, infrastructure and universities… Each student also knows the famous Mollat library, a venerable institution for ‘bordelais’ people.

Our language school is ideally located in Bordeaux, walking distance from the city centre in a nice and safe district. Our school’s garden also permits to relax in the middle of the city.

Exam options

  • Our Bordeaux immersion school offers a “French & exam preparation” course: “general” courses + workshops on exam preparation.
  • Delf courses last 5 weeks: 4 weeks of French classes + 1 week for the exam.
  • Courses are taught by qualified teachers whose goal is their students’ success.
  • The exam (written + oral) takes place at the Alliance Française or at the University of Bordeaux.
  • The exam takes place several times per year (May, July, December).
