Students Make a Difference with Good Hope Studies

Quality Language Schools Worldwide

Students learning English at Good Hope Studies in Cape Town, South Africa can make a difference in disadvantaged communities by helping out in a Soup Kitchen, a student activity recently added by GHS. The English language school has teamed up with a local welfare organisation so that students can learn more about the life and culture of the residents in the Cape Flats. Students are required to bring one item of food as “payment” for the activity. This real life situation in which students put their new language skills into practice has become one of the highlights of the GHS social programme and it is inspiring to see what big hearts the students have.
