For sailing enthusiasts, the place to study English this September is Torquay International School in Torquay. In late summer, the coastal town in the English county of Devon will host the Torbay-Santander-Torbay Tall Ships Race, which starts between 1 and 3 September and finishes on 17 or 18 September. This is a rare opportunity to see the beautiful sight of a Tall Ships Race - a fleet of square-rigged sailing ships in full-sail on the open sea.
