Españolé develops new student residences in Valencia

IALC-accredited Spanish Language school, Españolé have purchased and renovated three new residences within short walking distance of their city centre school.

All residences have a wide array of common spaces for students to share, ranging from the roof terrace at La Nave, to the loft-style lounges in Mercado.

Each property has its own style and function:

Resiolé La Nave is a 12 bedroom residence with roof terrace and has a mix of single and double rooms, as well as shared and private bathrooms.

Resiolé Gran Via is an upmarket apartment style residence with 16 single and double rooms each with a private bathroom, and is located in one of the most exclusive parts of town.

Resiolé Mercado is a dormitory style residence with shared bathrooms and will service their many school groups who come throughout the year.

The Spanish school relocated to a renovated gothic palace in the El Carmen district of Valencia’s old town last year to accommodate more students.

Españolé’s Sales and Marketing Director, Jamie Gantley, said, “Immediately after the new school was finished and the first students were through the door, we knew our next project had to be creating our own residences.”

“We have been fortunate enough in the past to work with some good accommodation providers but we really wanted something with the wow factor but still within a price range our clients would go for. The best solution was simply to make our own and that was we can ensure our clients’ expectations match our own standards across the board.”

Españolé is a Spanish language school located in the heart of the cosmopolitan city of Valencia. It has modern facilities that are perfectly located in the city centre and offers a wide range of courses. For more info click here.
