CES Toronto is delighted to announce that the Canadian government has released their first phase into easing border restrictions.
July 2, 2021, marks the date where students travelling with a valid Study Permit will be able to enter Canada without having to quarantine – provided they have been fully vaccinated.

Here are some Quick Facts:
- Students must have a valid Study Permit.
- Students must be fully vaccinated (two doses of Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Johnson & Johnson vaccines).
- 72 hour Negative PCR required to board flight.
- PCR testing will be done at airport. Students must wait in homestay for negative results before being able to join classes.
