ELC Sydney Expands English Language Courses and Accommodation

International Business English Course to Start in January
ELC Sydney launches an International Business English course in January 2011. The popular subject of International Business was previously only available as an elective of other English programs at the Sydney language school. The new course suits students who have studied or are currently studying business at university, as well as professionals working in a business role.

Premium Courses
ELC’s new Premium Courses are going from strength to strength. They differ from the Intensive Courses in substituting the five hours per week of elective classes with five hours of individual lessons, which can be tailored to the student’s needs. The Premium course structure – 15 lessons of group tuition, 5 lessons of optional classes and 5 lessons of one-to-one - has proved so popular that it has been extended to cover most ELC programs, offering students more customisation.

Discounted Fees for Accelerated Cambridge Exam Preparation
ELC have reduced the tuition fee for the Accelerated Cambridge Exam Preparation starting on 11 October for six weeks from AUD 490.00 per week to AUD 420.00 per week.

Third Student House Opens after Successful Start
ELC’s student house accommodation, introduced in August 2009, has been such a hit with students that a third house is being added and the range of services for students has been increased. Reverse air conditioning is being installed in all rooms and the houses are now cleaned by professional cleaners three times a week. ELC is also developing partnerships with local businesses to offer discounts for students on groceries, cooked meals, drinks and other items.
