Vienna is number one for quality of life

Vienna in Austria has been voted the number one city for quality of life for the third year in a row. A study by Global consulting group Mercer asks managers of international enterprises about criteria such as social welfare, health care, public transport, education and recreation, including restaurants, theatres, cinemas, sports and leisure facilities.
