GHS Cape Town Opens New Student House

In July 2011, Good Hope Studies in Cape Town officially closed the old student house in Newlands and opened a new one in Rondebosch just a kilometre away. The English language school’s new accommodation in Rondebosch has been completely refurbished. The lounge and dining rooms are larger and brighter, there is a reception / chill area and four bathrooms. And GHS students are already making full use of their private swimming pool.

In many ways this was a bitter-sweet occasion for GHS, as the Newlands premises was where it all began back in 1995 when GHS first opened its doors as a language school. In 2005 it was converted into a student house when the new City Centre and Newlands campuses were opened.
