Coromandel Outdoor Language Centre is a boutique English language school in a beautiful seaside location in the North Island of New Zealand. As well as General English and Examination Preparation courses we offer a variety of course options including our unique “English with Activities” programme. Students study English in the mornings and enjoy a wide variety of “activity lessons” in the afternoons offering not only fun, but also opportunities to explore the environment and meet local people.

The Coromandel Peninsula is one of New Zealand’s favourite holiday destinations with fabulous white sandy beaches, magnificent coastal scenery, and native forest. Whitianga, Coromandel Peninsula’s main resort town set on the beautiful Mercury Bay is an idyllic marine playground for swimming, boating, fishing, surfing, sailing, kayaking, diving – and for relaxing.
