The Whitsundays College of English is located in the beautiful coastal town of Airlie Beach in tropical north Queensland. The modern tropical campus is collocated with the Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE, the institute for technical and further education. Airlie Beach is a party town and student activities focus on the Great Barrier Reef, diving and sailing around the 74 Whitsunday Islands. SACE English language students from over 20 countries have learnt practical English for travelling, further study or work in the Whitsundays area. SACE Airlie Beach is a 10 minute bus ride from Airlie Beach.

Airlie Beach, Whitsundays is in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef in tropical North Queensland. The pristine water of the Whitsundays and its 74 tropical islands have made the Whitsundays famous as an aquatic paradise and an ideal town to learn to dive or sail. Airlie Beach has a magnificent lagoon which provides safe all year swimming. Airlie Beach is also the main departure point for visitors to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.
